"With nine years of experience as a Direct Support Professional, I have had the profound privilege of working alongside individuals with disabilities, helping them cultivate independence, build confidence, and form meaningful connections within their communities. Through this journey, I have witnessed both the visible and unseen challenges they face—barriers to employment, social isolation, and a lack of resources designed to truly support their unique needs. But more importantly, I have seen their resilience, their strength, and the limitless potential they possess when given the right support, encouragement, and opportunities.​One year ago, I transformed my passion into purpose by founding Hope Home HealthCare—an agency built to provide individuals with disabilities the support, respect, and opportunities they deserve to live fulfilling, self-directed lives.​As Executive Director, I am incredibly proud of the work we are doing to uplift our clients—whether we are supporting them with daily living skills in their homes, helping them secure meaningful employment, or guiding them toward deeper connections within their communities. Every step we take is grounded in person-centered care and the belief that independence looks different for everyone."
